Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days after delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your package has left our hands, we are no longer responsible for the item or any delays you may experience. All claims must be filed by the customer for any damaged, missing or lost packages.
